Heads up about 'A Second Chance'
I know it may sound weird for me to already say this, but I already decided to pull out of the first draft of this. I know the whole reason I made it was so that I could have something I could just write, but I really wasn't feeling the direction it was headed. Especially with putting myself on a weekly schedule. I don't feel like 'writing by the seat of my pants' works for me anymore. It was getting so bloated and losing focus already by chapter five. Plus sticking to the Spyro 1 narrative was proving more a hindrance for me than I thought it would. Do note; this does not mean I am scrapping it. I fully plan on making the basic premise of the fic work; but I really need to examine it and what I want it to be VS letting it run wild on its own. I have very high standards when it comes to writing (which is both a blessing and a curse, believe me) and if something starts feeling like a chore for me to write, that's usually a sign that it's not meeting those standards. It's a general TTRPG server focused on games that can be played over Discord.
Long story short: Quarantine is driving me nuts, all my multiplayer games have been flooded with 'edgy' teenagers mic spamming racial slurs and other garbage over voice chat and I need some actual positive interactions over mic to keep me sane right now.
Hoping to expand to a variety of games that can be ran in the future. Neckbeards and 'that guys' will be kicked pretty swiftly. I don't want any drama on this Discord.
